If Java is installed and you still can't view Live Odds you will need to uninstall Java and reinstall.  Do this by going to your Control Panel-->Add or Remove Programs-->Click on Java and then Remove.  Once this is complete you will need to reinstall Java by visiting www.java.com. You computer will need to be restarted once you download Java.

Issue: Unable to login
Solution: This may be a password issue with our new Live Odds.  Please contact us at 1-800-211-4759 to resolve this issue.

Issue: Java is installed but not connecting to the OddsClient
Solution: There are two possible solutions.  First, open an Internet Explorer browser and click Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced.  Scroll down until you see Java and make sure it's checked.  Second, open the Control Panel-->Java-->General Tab-->Click View in Temporary Internet Files.  The OddsClient should appear, if it doesn't you need to uninstall Java and reinstall it.  You computer will need to be restarted once you download Java.
